Aashaa is proud to be the first-ever South Asian LGBTQIA+ community network, offering services and support like no other. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Volunteer Coordinating Community Officers and be part of this groundbreaking movement.
Role Responsibilities
As a Volunteer Coordinating Community Officer, you will:
Connect and Empower: Build relationships with individuals across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum and help grow our vibrant community.
Organize Events: Plan and execute workshops, support groups, and community events that celebrate diversity and inclusivity.
Advocate for Change: Represent Aashaa’s mission and values, creating safe spaces for South Asian LGBTQIA+ individuals to thrive.
Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with other coordinators to implement impactful initiatives tailored to the unique needs of the community.
Recruit Volunteers: Identify and engage passionate individuals to join Aashaa’s mission and support our growing network.
