As the Head of the Department at the Ministry, Shan plays an important role in shaping policies and working with others to bring positive change on a global scale.
Shan is the founder of Naacho Night Club, the first South Asian Erotic Club in the UK, a space where people can express themselves and celebrate their culture within the LGBTQIA+ community. Shan also manages four WhatsApp groups with over 1,500 members, which they started to help South Asian LGBTQIA+ individuals connect, share experiences, and support each other.
In addition to his activism, Shan owns a Medical Staffing Agency and a Private Investigation firm, showing his entrepreneurial side. He is also on the path to becoming a magistrate, aiming to contribute to justice in a different way.
Shan comes from a family with a business and political background, which has influenced his approach to both activism and leadership. He have double degrees and a Master's in Business Studies and Law, always seeking to learn and grow.
Born and raised in North London, Shan remains deeply connected to their community and works to bring together South Asian and LGBTQIA+ voices across the UK.
Saif is a passionate LGBTQIA+ activist who works hard to create welcoming spaces for the South Asian queer community. As the co-founder of Naacho Night Club, the UK's first South Asian erotic night club, Saif has helped create a space where people can express themselves freely and proudly.
Saif holds a Master's degree which has shaped his approach to both activism and work. He works as the Head of Compliance within the NHS, ensuring that standards are met and that fairness is maintained in healthcare.
In addition to his work in healthcare, Saif is involved in managing WhatsApp groups with over 1,500 members, where he helps create a supportive network for LGBTQIA+ individuals to connect and share experiences.

Sihab has been an LGBTQIA+ activist for over 9 years, focusing on equality, inclusion, and helping marginalised communities. His research and efforts have made a real difference in understanding the challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ people, especially those from different cultural backgrounds.
